Q: When I type a phone number in client notes, it gets duplicated. What is happening?

A: This is most likely due to an extension in your browser.  We have seen this issue with clients that use phone app extensions in their browser. The phone extension adds code into the page which tries to read the phone number, but ends up duplicating it. Please let us know which extension is causing this issue so we can work towards a resolution. In the meantime, please disable your phone extension.
